When you create or use a WWYS account, we may collect:

- Your age or date of birth

- Your game scores, progress and other gameplay information
You may create an account using an email address and password or by using Google Sign-In.
If you use Google Sign-In, certain information associated with your Google account may be provided to us, such as your name and email address, depending on the permissions and information made available through the Google sign-in process.

WWYS uses Google Analytics to help us understand how users interact with the Game.

WWYS uses Google AdMob to provide advertising within the Game.

7. Payments and Subscriptions
WWYS offers paid subscriptions through Google Play. The subscriptions currently available are:
Monthly Subscription
The €4.99 monthly subscription provides full access to the WWYS game for one month. The subscription automatically renews every month unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Annual Subscription
The €29.99 annual subscription provides full access to the WWYS game for one year. The subscription automatically renews every year unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Billing
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed through Google Play's billing system.
Payment is processed by Google Play using the payment method associated with your Google account. We do not receive or store your full payment card details through WWYS.
The applicable price, currency and subscription terms will be displayed through Google Play before you complete your purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Both the monthly and annual WWYS subscriptions are automatically renewing subscriptions.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for another period of the same duration and your Google Play payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price.
If the subscription price changes, Google Play will provide any notices required under its applicable terms and policies.
Cancellation
You can cancel your WWYS subscription at any time through your Google Play account. To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open Google Play.
- Make sure you are signed into the Google account used to purchase the subscription.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select WWYS.
- Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Uninstalling WWYS does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If you cancel an active subscription, you will generally retain full access to WWYS until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your subscription will then expire and you will not be charged for the following billing period.
Refunds
Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and applicable consumer protection law.
Where appropriate, refund requests may be made through Google Play.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your WWYS account and associated personal information at any time. You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:
Within the WWYS App
Use the account deletion option available in your account settings.
Online

The account deletion webpage will explain how to submit a request for permanent deletion of your WWYS account and associated personal information.
When you request deletion of your account, we will delete the personal information associated with your account, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or other legitimate purposes.
Deleting your WWYS account may result in the permanent loss of your:
- Username
- Game scores
- Game progress
- Other account-related information
Deleting your WWYS account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You should cancel any active subscription separately through Google Play.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The length of time information is retained depends on factors including:
- The purpose for which it was collected
- Whether you maintain an active account
- Our legal and regulatory obligations
- Security and fraud-prevention requirements
